Permanent exhibition from April 2024 at Khiva, a World Heritage Site in Uzbekistan
A permanent photo exhibition of Akino Shin’s work at the World Heritage site of Khiva in Uzbekistan will begin on April 13, 2024.
The exhibition was originally scheduled to begin on April 27, 2020 as part of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Ichan Kala Museum, which manages the World Heritage site, but was postponed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
After four years in the making, it is finally happening.
