{"id":1718,"date":"2019-06-03T17:10:12","date_gmt":"2019-06-03T08:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jinakino.com\/en\/?page_id=1718"},"modified":"2019-07-17T19:51:41","modified_gmt":"2019-07-17T10:51:41","slug":"registan","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.jinakino.com\/en\/registan\/","title":{"rendered":"Samarkand | Registan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><midashi1>Samarkand | Registan<\/midashi1><\/p>\n<p><midashi2>General Information<\/midashi2><br \/>\nSymbolic existence of tourist spots in Uzbekistan.Registan means &#8220;sand square&#8221;.<br \/>\nUlugbek Madrasa, built in the 15th century, Tilla Kali Madrasa, built in the 17th century, and Sher-Dor Madrasa, have three huge Madrasa (theological schools) lined up in a U-shape.<br \/>\nIn the center of the square, big events such as the International Music Festival are also held.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2109\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jinakino.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/samarkand02-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"341\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>[Left] Ulugbek Madrasa<\/strong><br \/>\nIt was built in 1420 by the order of Urugubek, the grandson of King Timur, the founder of the Timur empire.<br \/>\nUrugubek himself, who was also a scholar, also taught and Ulugh Beg Madrasah became a center of culture and study in Central Asia.<br \/>\nIt is said that at the time more than 100 students were living boarding lives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Center] Tilla Kali Madrasa<\/strong><br \/>\nIt was built in the 1860s of the Shaybanid Dynasty after the fall of the Timur empire.<br \/>\nInside the blue dome on the left hand side is a mosque and the interior is covered with gilt.<br \/>\nAs the name suggests, Tilla Kali means &#8220;covered with gilt&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Right] Sher-Dor Madrasa<\/strong><br \/>\nIt was built in 1636.
